Parking

The recommended car park is the Parterre one

  • Outside the restricted traffic zone

  • Open 24 hours a day all year round

  • Reservation not necessary

  • A 5 minute walk from the house (350 m)

  • Covered parking on multiple levels

The price is €2 per hour for the first 7 hours, after which the daily price of €15 starts.
Follow the instructions carefully,  to avoid getting a fine for entering the restricted traffic zone.

  1. Make sure you set your navigator to the parking address.

  2. First leave the car in the parking lot, then walk to the house. (If you have a lot of suitcases, I recommend taking 2 trips).

  3. NEVER drive your car in front of the house when the traffic light in the ZTL is red.

  4. This is a tip for parking your car without risking fines.

  5. Please note that street parking in the historic center of Florence (ZTL zone) is reserved exclusively for residents.
