1. Check-in and Check-out Times:

   • Check-in is allowed after 3:00 PM.
   • Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

2. Pets:

   • Pets are not allowed inside the property.

3. Children:

   • Children aged 0 to 9 years are not permitted.

4. Maximum Number of Guests:

   • The property accommodates a maximum of 3 people.

5. Minimum Stay:

   • The minimum booking is 2 nights.

6. Price and Included Services:

   • The booking price includes the tourist tax and final cleaning.

7. Cancellation Policy:

   • For cancellations made within 20 days before the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.

   • For cancellations not made within 20 days before the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged.

   • For refund requests made within 20 days before check-in, when payment was made by:

   • Credit Card

   • PayPal

   • Apple Pay

   • Google Pay
     The commission paid to the selected payment method will NOT be refunded.

8. Security Deposit:

   • Upon arrival, a €250 security deposit in cash is required.

   • The security deposit will be returned at check-out, subject to verification of the property's condition.

9. Guest Conduct:

   • Guests are required to respect the property rules and behave civilly during their stay.

   • Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.

   • Loss of the keys will result in a €130.00 penalty.

   • Smoking, use of drugs, organizing parties/events, and parking any type of bicycle inside the house or condominium areas are strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to the Rules:

• Management reserves the right to modify the rules at any time, with prior notice to guests.

By accepting the booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the above rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the booking and additional charges.
